The hotel's location is a bit outside, but it is conveniently connected to trams, buses, and other transportation options. All was fine, nothing to complain about.

Convenient to the Olympic Park and bmw facilities. Comfortable and quiet. On a tram route which made it a snap to get into the historic center of the city as well as to the airport. Best thing? A fantastic cafe/bakery right next door! No need for a 16euro hotel breakfast! The croissants and rolls are the best I've ever tasted and you can pick up a sandwich for lunch as well. I wish I could have brought some home with me!

Although the facility was comfortable and clean, the only negative for us was the very small room and bathroom.

Our family stay near various public transport options made exploring the city a breeze. Ideal for Oktoberfest & CityClass center visitors, the hotel is also close to the city center. With the tram into town just minutes away, it was easy to get around. Our cozy room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious options, and the staff provided exceptional service. We enjoyed the nice view of the surrounding area from our window.

There were some communication issues with the staff and we would have appreciated better information about nearby building work or other potential issues.

Location - 6 tram stop to the old town, by foot to Olympic Park, clean nice room. If you dont like breaksfast at hotels - 10 metres away from hotel you can get fresh coffee & sandwiches & donuts.

it takes a bit longer till you get hot water in the shower, and sunday morning the water changed temperature by itself. - coooold water, brrr, but it woke us up :)

Non smoking rooms exist, very small double room, no bathtab, no bathrobe, no fridge, no free wifi, no slippers, no minibar.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the spacious room with a comfortable bed and a wardrobe with a hair dryer. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight with a good selection of tasty items to choose from. The hotel's location was convenient, with a tram stop just a few minutes away and a short ride to the city center. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing good service throughout my stay.

I found that the bathroom was a bit cramped and could have been improved to match the quality of the room. Plus, the noise level from the street was a bit too high, making it difficult to sleep at times.

Great if you are going to an event in Olympia park.

Very pleasant hotel, attentive and helpful staff, nice rooms, location is ok although next public transport station is tram and bus only (subway station approx. 1 km), we didn´t try the breakfast, there are verious bakeries and restaurants nearby, I would stay there again in any case...

The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The location was convenient, close to public transport and within easy reach of the city center, Oktoberfest, and the Nymphenburg Palace. Additionally, having breakfast included was a definite bonus.
